If you redeem a
time-limited promotional code
(e.g. 1 month free, 2 months free, 3 months free), your subscription
automatically renews at the standard monthly rate
when the promotional period ends — unless you cancel before that date. To cancel, sign in to your account and go to
Manage Billing
. This applies to every time-limited code unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Lifetime codes
are different. They apply for the duration of your active subscription as a percentage discount and do not auto-convert.
